As a company policy, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for individual lessons or packages. When you engage our services, we reserve a date and time specifically for you and cannot use that time slot to help another client. Offering refunds for changed minds, missed sessions, or cancellations would be unfair to our tutors and our team, who have already invested their time and effort in preparing for your scheduled sessions.
