Tracey Green

Tracey is currently a senior Theatre major in the School of Communication.  Valedictorian of her high school graduating class, Tracey received top scores on her Calculus AB, English Language, English Literature AP exams.  Having previously been employed as a tutor at Kumon Learning Center, Tracey has experience tutoring students of all academic levels, with a personal preference for SAT and ACT preparation as well as college essay writing.  Her goal as a tutor is to help students develop a real interest for their subjects of study, believing that the best type of learning is not undertaken out of requirement, rather it is driven by genuine curiosity and enjoyment.  Tracey firmly believes students should take pleasure in their education and consequently strives to build an environment and tutor/student relationship that is both positive and engaging.  Her teaching philosophy is that all a student requires in order to succeed is a desire to learn.

Much of Tracey’s time outside of class is spent in the rehearsal room.  When she is not involved in Northwestern theatrical productions, she spends her time playing sports, making puns, and quoting movies.
