Ben Yu

Ben Yu is a junior in the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Psychology and Biology. He has experience tutoring at all levels - from literacy tutoring for 2nd-3rd graders to organic chemistry tutoring for college sophomores and juniors. He currently works as a Northwestern Gateway Science Senior Facilitator for Organic Chemistry.

Outside of school and tutoring, Ben is involved with Camp Kesem, an entirely student-run summer camp for children whose parents have cancer. He also has been working on social psychology research in a Northwestern psychology lab, and volunteers at nursing homes and lifestyle rehab programs around the area. His hobbies (when he has time for them) include cooking, eating, reading, watching movies, and playing sports.
