Beau Garrett

Beau is a member of the Northwestern class of 2012, studying Environmental Engineering and Spanish. He tutors AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP Spanish, and all levels of mathematics including SAT prep, as well as SAT II subject tests in all of these areas. He also tutors college essay writing. As a Spanish minor who has studied abroad in Chile, he is an extremely valuable resource for Spanish students at any level.

Beau is on the executive board for the Northwestern Photography Club and has photographed events for on-campus organizations such as Global Engagement Summit and North by Northwestern. He also enjoys singing, and is the musical director of Brown Sugar, the nation's premiere coed South Asian fusion a cappella group which has won Gathe Raho, a national competition hosted at the University of Iowa, two years in a row. Beau is an avid golfer and traveler, and enjoys playing and watching all sports.
